Patrick is a smart young man who has had a difficult home life. His parents separated when he was young, and ever since then his mother has been struggling to find a job in order to support Patrick and his siblings. Because of these economic difficulties, he does not always attend school due to lack of tuition fees and school requirements. Despite his family problems, Patrick remains hopeful and works hard in school whenever he has the chance to go. In his free time, he loves to play volleyball and to be with his schoolmates.
